So, I have been having uncontrollable cravings lately, specifically for popcorn and pineapple. I have been eating like a pregnant woman, even though I know for certain I am not pregnant.

I guess it's not a bad thing to eat a lot of pineapple, but I am worried about my "compulsive" popcorn eating ;)

People will say that popcorn is a healthy low cal snack, but it is still a starch and I am pretty sure that too much of it can not be a good thing.

Any thoughts anyone?

Popcorn good, in moderation. I found one that was 150 calories for 5 cups. Pretty filling. Just leave off the salt. Corn carbs aren't as bad as wheat or rice carbs. Again, moderation. You may find that after eating it a couple of times that the craving goes away. I have anyway. Remember, this isn't temporary, this is a lifestyle.

thanx for the support and comments guys. This weekend was hectic as I am moving. It was still filled with popcorn cravings but I am detoxing today and starting with fruits and veggies as from tomorrow. I will just have to endure my cravings ;)

I can relate Young Lady, those are on my top five favorite foods also, now fiening for them . Thanks :) LOL!!!
