Wow, thanks for your support, this is so wonderful to have this cheering me on, seriously! What i have done is eliminated anything made with flour, refined sugar, and no added salt. This pretty much seems to help drop the weight. Im trying to exercise 4x/ week. I work a lot of hours a week...wish i could work out daily but some days not possible when i can work 16 hr shifts. I would love anyone else's "secret" to steady weight loss.
