Cut it to 1/2 hour and see how you feel then. Maybe continue on, maybe postpone the rest til later, or just leave it at that. I'm sure that lack of solid sleep has made you susceptible to a bug or two. I'm not trying to give you an easy out...you'd already be doing 1/2 hour more than I would if I felt the same. Hope you feel better soon and that you can get some restful sleep as well. 

hope you feel better soon...gargle w/ warm salt water...always works around my house! And up your Vit C !!! Love. 

Actually feeling too off to even exercise today. Did an hour yesterday so that can be today's as well LOL. Tummy can wait till tomorrow. Doing lots of house cleaning instead though. Yeah Sandy I am sure the lack of sleep is to blame. Jsfantome - taken my vit C for the morning, will go gargle now - yuck LOL 

So sorry you are sick Squiggs. Hope you get better soon. Don't worry about the exercising. Your body may be too weak to do it and you sure don't want to over exert(sp)yourself. It is have to battle whatever you have. Just get better. See, your not totally going without exercise. Housework burns a lot. Have a good day dear friend.:)  

Thanks Laurie. Just spend far too long trying to deal with bad customer service at a local store where we bought a cellphone that was faulty. It reduced me to tears! (thankfully not while I was on the phone trying to deal with them). Never buying anything from there again. Ever.  

Some people that Companies have working Customer Service, shouldn't be there. Some have no tact to deal with customers. Sorry you had to go through that. I wouldn't buy another one there either. Sure hope your day will improve for you. hugs, hugs,hugs!!!!!
