Well, a good start to the week, yesterday was cool but not as good as possible. I need to get ass in gear and get back to 1000 cal deficit everyday. This week is the last one I can really push on through because Xmas is coming with all the parties and drinks that go on in Gibraltar and then Xmas proper with my family. I love the running machine by the way it burns calories so quick if you actually run. I really think that in some ways i am fitter than I have been for years, possibly even since I was 20. Though my inner thighs are red raw from the running over the weekend!
