What a cracking day. Two trips to the gym and not too much to eat. I weighed myself but am not recording it as a weigh in because it was all out of synch (and a gain) but it was interesting to see what my fat percentage and mass was (at long last in acceptable parameters!!) I reckon if I can keep this up this week I can get my BMI into proper range and maybe even below 25 by Saturday. Then its time to move onto more weights!!! Build some muscle so I look good as well as being thinner!
