Densible's Journal, 11 November 2008

I've been sliding under the limbo pole every day-under 1100 cals and 100 g carbs. I am hoping for a MAJOR weight loss this week. Major would be 2 lbs. I usually eat between 100-200 g carbs per day so this is a big reduction and I am expecting results baby!

Wearing one of my fav pairs of stretch pants today (I have an extensive collection)-had them for at least 5 years and they have always been skin tight on me. I love that they are baggy around the hips, thighs and bum. Also have to keep pulling them up. Now that is a good feeling. Where did all that fat go?

I am grateful that I found this site and to all my buddies who have kept me coming back. My success here gives me reason to hope for positive change in the rest of my life (Finances) and the world at large (peace and prosperity and universal health care, please).

Still drinking the barf brew and dirt shake. I know I go on about it and everyone is grossed out but I have to talk about it so I keep it up-or is that down? HA HA!

You are rockin' it up! Hey... on the malabsorption, you have PCOS, right? Or are you diabetic? I know that I found out that losing hair is all related to the Metabolic Syndrome/PCOS/Insulin Intolerance... it's all related. So ... curious... who told you to try this concoction of dirt shakes?? lol

Sounds like it's time for some new pants to show off your progress! Looking forward to your success on the scale this week (and mine!)

Lol-I know if I do not get pants that fit-I will be "showing off" more than I intend or anyone deserves! It's strange though, I love wearing things that are baggy right now-it's such a novel experience and is constant proof that I actually have lost weight....

Great job on the limbo pole. You do deserve some new gorgeous pants to show off your new size! It's amazing how good it feels!! Also, make sure not to throw out any of your original largest size pants you wore, it is soooo kewl to take a picture of yourself in the old size pants, holding them out in front of you with a side photo view. I have one of Imluuvd that is fantastic. I wish I hadn't given all mine away to salvation army! You are bound to have a great weight loss this week! At the very least you are looking good in those baggy pants of yours!
