Hosanna! I have lost another pound. This is great. There is no more positive affirmation of lifestyle as when you've been struggling and you get on the scale and it's a little bit smaller. Feels great. I have really been struggling this time around. I remember when I first started on this journey, my first 3 months I lost 10 pounds a month! Now I'm crawling along at 2 pounds a month, 3 pounds a month. Eventually I will reach my goal!
