I saw this posted by my facebook friend who's a fitness coach this afternoon as I was lying on my bed in pain & exhausted, eating the last of my crunchy sesame bars straight out of the freezer. Check my food diary; that & special dark kisses are listed as my dinner, I kid you not.
Doctor's appointment early, x-ray of foot finally, dealing with upsetting stuff at my apartment, partner too busy to read my text, not able to exercise (fatigue &pain) today, Zumba withdrawal; oy vey! I have new orthotic shoe to maybe help my foot, but today it just hurts. My doctor was wonderful, did everything possible to help. I just took a half pill for muscle tightness that she suggested - I normally just take one at bedtime. Crossing my fingers! Gotta work better than chocolate (something inside me just cried "blasphemy!"). :o)
Tomorrow will be a fresh new day. I will either will wake up well rested & go to Zumba, or will sleep in and then go to Bodypump & CXWORX at noon. I will regain my positive outlook and can-do spirit.
