I did Zumba today; first time in a week! I was careful, wore my Nike dance tennies that have a sturdier sole that doesn't bend as easily. I had friends on both sides of me, keeping an eye on me in case I got carried away. Love 'em!
Did my stretches, iced my foot, ate a good lunch, and am resting with my feet elevated. Feeling fine, just tired.

It has gotten warm enough that I had trouble sleeping, even with just a sheet on! Not complaining ; we just need to get our air conditioners sett up. We have the portable kind you vent out the window, one upstairs, one downstairs. I think this is a good night to go to Sweet Tomatoes for dinner.

Hey, my wonderful primary care doctor expedited my getting a second opinion appointment with my better podiatrist. My x-ray just showed some bone spurs, no fractures; as expected. One of my friends brought me a great orthotic shoe she had, better than the one my doctor gave me. I may try it out, see if I can wear it to bodypump & CXWORX tomorrow.

Tomorrow afternoon I have physical therapy, then we go to a soccer match in the evening. Should be a good day, with this wonderful weather holding.

You sound so much better. Glad you got to go to Zumba and that you have great friends in the class who keep an eye on you. Yeah too for warm temps. We are cold and wet right now but summer is coming, they promised :)
