Having a food plan would be enough to make me feel accomplished. That is my weakest link. I'm a terrible planner and deciding what to eat is a daily struggle....well more like a meal-ly struggle ;)

I have a harder time planning breakfast and lunch, but because I have to have things thawed for dinner when I get off work, I usually have dinner planned for 3 or 4 days at a time. It took me awhile to get to that point though!

I'm the opposite...no problems planning breakfast and lunch, it's dinner that will stump me. I'll very predictable when if comes to breakfast...it's always oatmeal with strawberries. Lunch is usually a sandwich with lots of veggies (cucumber slces and red pepper strips). I usually have a snack of either a boiled egg or a tbsp of peanut butter in the morning and then in the afternoon I have a serving of fruit. Lately that's been unsweetened applesauce. Dinner is always a huge thought. If we end up at my parents to do work on the farm, then we'll have fried egg sandwiches. Good luck with making better food choices!

Good for you!! I'm like Aggie, planning breakfast and lunch is easier for me. I usually have ingredients for dinner for the week, but I never know what the family is going to want every night.
