July 1st---6 month mark on my health journey. 29 lbs eliminated with 21 more to go to reach my 50 pound loss goal. Slow going at times, yet I'm feeling fantastic overall and am confident I'll make my goal by the end of the year. I appreciate everyone's support. #icandoit 💪💜🙏
