Hi FatSecret Friends! Happy Friday! I get a work from home day today! I am pretty excited about that. I think the reduced calories and working out everyday have made me pretty tired. I have the nike fuel band, do any of you have it? How do you like it? I like mine a ton it keeps me honest as to how much moving I have done.
