Weighing in for the start of the challenge. I hate the ups and down of water weight. Had a nice walk yesterday but the weather has turned cold, windy (very) and snowy so I will do the bike today. Trying to stop a cold early so I am going to take it easy today and work on knitting Christmas presents.

Water weight can be very discouraging but you know it will come off if you keep eating healthy as much as you can. I too am knitting presents for Christmas, but I think I am over my head a little bit and won't finish in time. I finished a hat, scarf and mitten set, but a shawl and a complicated cable scarf are going slower than expected. I hope I make it! Enjoy your day and stay warm. :)
