I'm at a plateau and it's angering me. I tried eating less, I tried eating more, I tried working out more (no I haven't tried resting). But this week has also been super stressful and I have not gotten a lot of sleep. I know I read things that tell me it negatively effects weight loss but its a hard time being stuck at a plateau. I want to be under 200 by Christmas. Currently, I am on day 3 of not weighing, measuring, and logging everything obsessively, I have OCD so that became almost dangerous for me as it was an obsession for everything to be measured perfectly and only hit a certain amount of calories a day, and then of course trying to hit ridiculous macronutrients. Hopefully something changes. Meeting with a new trainer tomorrow.

Hang in there - your body has been through a lot so far! Give yourself a bit of a break. It will turnaround soon.

You are very, very close from your goal. Stressing out and lack of sleep will not help you to reach it! You can do this, look at all you accomplished, be proud of yourself and believe you can do this! Allow yourself to rest, breathe, relax, assess your strenghts. See if there is room for improvement, or a change here and there in your routine, and it will all be ok!
