Spent this weekend reading a lot! Read through the Primal Blueprint 21-Day Total Body Transformation, The Paleo Diet and The Paleo Answer. Lots of great information and I have come to the decision to try going the paleo route. The greatest challenge I will have will be giving up dairy. But from all the scientific data, this may resolve quite a few of my ailments. Looking forward to being pain free!
