So I read a great tip the other day in a magazine that I thought was kind of neat and wanted to share. This article was about some dr.s that were doing a few dieting tests. And one of the tests was to compare how people did when offered a super bad for you food. One group had to tell the person that they "couldnt have that". The other group had to say they "dont eat that". They found that the second group stuck with it. The second group felt empowered over the food, while the first group felt deprived, and were missing out. So I hope we all can start feeling empowered over the bad stuff! :)
