Greetings all my Buddies!

It seems like I finally crashed after running around for the last two weeks at trainings, business trips and with out-of-town visitors!

I slept extra time both yesterday and today...and eaten more carbs than I was eating last week.

I prove to myself over and over just how important my protein intake is on a daily basis. SO, I need to be consistent about maintaining my protein as much as I am able this coming week because...

...it is
HELL WEEK at Orange Theory Fitness! It starts tomorrow and ends next Sunday - I am planning to go to five sessions in the next seven days!

It may not sound too bad but each day they will pick
ONE muscle group and work us until we all run screaming!



The new word of the week is
ENERGETIC.

I am dedicated, determined, and diligent.
