Black eyed peas and kielbasa with green pepper over rice.
Ingredients
Directions
- In non-stick pan, cook kielbasa until done.
- Add onion, pepper and celery, cook until onion is tender. Add blackeye peas, undrained.
- Stir in Sazon packet. Add a little salt, pepper and/or hot sauce if you like.
- Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
- Serve over brown rice.
- Note: based on a recipe from the back of a Goya can.
