Honey Chicken

Delicious honey flavored chicken breasts.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  2. Mix honey, lemon juice and soy sauce together.
  3. Marinate chicken in the honey mixture for at least 30 minutes (can be longer if you want the mixture to really soak in).
  4. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
  5. Be sure to baste the chicken a few times during cooking so that chicken does not dry out.

Made this today for myself and my husband. We both enjoyed it. I used turkey breast but will try with chicken next time. Served with boiled potatoes and veg. Will definitely be making this on a regular basis. Very easy and very tasty. Thank you.

It was okay, but it tasted the same as a glaze I use. It's the same thing as Captain Rodney's Sweet and Spicy Pepper Glaze for less calories.

Loved it. Boyfriend loved it too and he's not on a diet. Especially good with some of the sauce dripped over the chicken after cutting it up.

This was delicious. It was easy to make. Some may need to add some spice to it, but I liked it a little sweeter.
