A delicious quick 10 minute snack.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cut both large tomatoes into 6 slices of tomato each.
- Place the 6 of the tomato slices separately on a plate and top each with a cheese slice. Drizzle with half of the Italian dressing.
- Then top each one with an onion slice, 2 cucumber slices and the second tomato slice.
- Drizzle the rest of the dressing over the 6 stackers and top each one with a basil leaf.

Great recipe and it would be even healthier without the italian dressing. Use South Beach Balsamic Vinegar if dressing is needed.
