Crock Pot Sweet and Sour Chicken

A diet friendly sweet and sour chicken that's sure to please everyone.

Directions

  1. Cut the raw chicken breast into bite sized pieces.
  2. Spray crock pot with cooking spray.
  3. Add chicken, garlic powder and onion powder; stir.
  4. Stir in sweet and sour sauce, pineapple chunks in juice and brown sugar.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
  6. Add frozen vegetables during the last 30 minutes of cooking and cook on high.

Very easy to make and quite filling. Not traditional "sweet and sour"... the sauce is very thing, which is fine with me on my diet. Still had god flavor. Chicken got a little mushy, cooked about 7 hours. I think I'll back off on the cooking time in the future.

VERY TASTEY! Easy and no hassle! Also very filling. I used a little extra sauce to drizzle on top and served over brown rice. My husband LOVED it- Chinese food is his favorite!

Very tasty..... my kids loved it... next time I will add a little more garlic and sweet & sour sauce... it was delicious.
