This is a high carb recipe. Corn starch, cream of mushroom soup and noodles will kill off any weight reduction diet. Use low-sodium broth, fresh mushrooms, fresh cream (low in carbs!), and substitute wide shirataki noodles - or no noodles at all. No more than 5 oz. of beef should be eaten at one meal.

This can easily be low carb in addition to high protein by substituting the noodles/rice for a whole grain pasta!
