Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  2. Mash ripened bananas and mix ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Place heaps of batter onto a non-stick cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until cookie browns.
