8 Minute Microwave Cupcake

A super quick, delicious cupcake which literally only takes minutes.

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Divide into 2 lightly greased coffee cups.
  3. Cook on high power for 2-3 minutes, 1 minute at a time (watch this part closely to ensure they don't overflow).
  4. Note: try swapping dark cocoa for the coffee.
