Directions
- Mash bananas then add egg, vanilla, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Stir well to combine.
- Mix remaining dry ingredients together and slowly add into the banana mixture.
- Gently stir in melted butter and applesauce.
- Place in a lightly greased loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 35-45 minutes.
