- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, heat mozzarella cheese and milk until melted.
- Transfer the cheese mixture into a large bowl. Let sit for 2 minutes to cool slightly. Add almond flour, eggs, and baking powder. Mix well until combined.
- Using your hands, form the dough into a ball. Divide into 8 pieces. Roughly flatten out into off-shaped circles. Place on the lined tray.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until puffed up and golden brown. Remove from the oven and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
