Directions

  1. Mix everything in a bowl (except raspberries and stevia syrup).
  2. Make small, flattened balls and fry in a lightly greased pan for about 3 minutes per side.
  3. Mash raspberries and simmer in a pan with stevia syrup.
  4. Serve the cheesecakes topped with raspberry syrup.
