Directions

  1. Mix wet ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add dry ingredients, putting flour and oats last. Mix well.
  3. Pour into muffin pan then add fruit toppings if desired.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes at 350°F.
