A delicious, dairy-free bread for the whole family.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Slowly add the wet ingredients.
  3. Fold in the nuts, cranberries, and apple slices.
  4. Put in a lightly greased bread mold. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour 15 min.
