Gnocchi Sheet Pan with Broccoli and Squash

A tasty and easy to prepare dish for weekday dinner.

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven at 400°F. Chop all ingredients and transfer to bowl.
  2. Add olive oil and toss to combine.
  3. Line in baking sheet and cook for 30-40 minutes until squash is tender.
