Carbs, Protien ??? :(
Should we be eating foods that have more Carbs, Protein??? What is better? Any suggestion ??

200 under 200 or 300 under 300
This is for everyone...Hungry Girl has a book call 200 under 200 ..has great recipes and they are all under 200 calories. On March 25(?) her new book is coming out 300 under 300... CHECK IT OUT. They definetly have recipes that fill you up...

exercise/ burning calories
Can any tell me how this works...Im new at this site. How do you know how many calories your suppose to burn according to what you eat. In other words...I had 1504 calories today how much do I have to burn???
