Im going to try this once again...and must stick to it. I will get the motivation I need from my fellow mates here...and going to put 110% efford in this.

will try a bit harder on all the areas that i didnt succeed this week. It will take time to get into the habit...but will put all efford in :) with positive attitude. Im so glad I lost 1 pound this week ....keep in coming babe :)

When counting calories should we be looking how many calories we consume, protien or carbs? I know veg and fruits are always good but when looking for options, what should we be looking for to accomplish out weight loss??? :)

Well its been about 3 weeks since i started my calorie diet. Ive only lost about 2.5 pounds. Cant seem to loose any more...and at night i seem to have urges :( what shall I do..I walk about 2 to 3 miles a day. What I'm I doing wrong?? :(

Feeling very tired, no motivation what so ever. No exercise, no cooking. Had a can of spagetti w/ meatball (Chef Boyardee), slice bread w/ butter and a glass of milk, not the greatest but it will do.
There goes the calories :(
