I made Fat Flush approved jerk chicken for lunch today...added many veggies to the crockpot last night with the chicken pieces. It was extrememly good along with 1/2 cup diced sweet potato.... my daughter had made chocolate chip cookies for her brothers and herself and I wasn't tempted today! THAT is why we are doing this plan for life is it not?? I have to remind myself that eating all those boxed sweets filled with hydrogenated oils is what got me fat in the first place...they have no place on fat flush even occaisionally...you are only setting yourself up for a failure...if you want chocolate...go for the real stuff and only 1 oz!!!

Hey all... hope everyone who is here doing Fat Flush is doing well.
I noticed the Lent comments down below. I usually don't 'give up' something but rather DO something for someone else by either volunteer work, donation to a favorite charity or world hunger organization.
I would hope that those imbibing in Chocolate actually gave that up long ago and are not thinking now would be the time to start... chocolate as you all know is not on Fat Flush except in the form of the Unikey Chocolate Whey. :)
Time to head out to the store!

Helllooooo I'm back...well nearly, right now I'm sitting at an airport in Florida waiting on a flight back home.
The trip was AMAZING! We enjoyed the onshore adventures...a day in Angullia (while everyone else was on St. Maarten), horseback riding on St. Lucia and a catamaran/snorkeling/BBQ at Nevis Island off of St. Kitts. The seminars with Ann Louise Gittleman were awesome and very very informative!
When we arrived, we all weighed and measured and then yesterday at the 'wrap up' we did again. One of our new friends lost 13 lbs and we were soooooo happy for her. I was rooting for her to win! And the prize??? A My colon cleansing kit ROFL!
I lost 4lbs and 2" off bust, waist and hips....I was shocked thinking no way I'd lose...but just did exactly what ALG suggested (plus I did treat myself a few seperate times!) Last dinner we all ordered a dessert! HA!
Anyway...I'm tan, I'm sooo relaxed (mon!) and had such a wonderful time...OH! and got my hair and a facial done with ALG's personal hair stylist and someone picked up my bill which was such a blessing!!
I see others talking about giving up things for lent. I am sooo happy with our priest at church who spoke on Lent a few weekends ago. He suggested instead of giving things up, to go do something for someone else. It is something the kids and I have done the past few years. We donate time or make a donation to a favored charity..help a neighbor or one another.... I love this idea of reaching out for good!
