start fail start fail...this has been the yoyo I'm bouncing.
I just restarted 3 days ago at 188. Today I am 187 but it is also TTOM
and very humid so I'm puffy! Yes, I am factoring this all in haha!!! So we'll see what the scale says on day 7!

Today is day one again... I'm back.
I did so well with FF over a year ago and then last year at Easter I fell apart and lost my hold. I gained it all back.
Yesterday I vowed to get back on plan. I started off right with my food and vitamins, took my walk, got home and got horrible news. Spent the day at my best friends house consoling her over the loss of her husband. People brought food and I ate and ate...stress.
This week will be a funeral.
Today I'm jumping though I am going to stick to plan. I have got to lose the weight and get back to me!

I finally willed myself to step on the scale yesterday and was saddened to see just how much weight I've gained...I've been in a 'denial' stage for the past few weeks. Nothing fits...nothing feels good.
I took a walk yesterday at the gym on the treadmill and my legs were hurting....so unlike the me from last summer eh?
So yesterday I put myself back on phase 1 and woke this morning 1 lb lighter already...water weight.
i want to be back to that 139/140 I made it to in FEB..... OH and all of a sudden my thighs are looking cottage cheesy! NEVER was like that before but now am...I'd read of others saying when they gained the weight back, their bodies did weirder things....blech!
