Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday…
How often do you think about how grateful you are for the things that happen in your life….the good and the bad…evetthing happens for a reason…my loss of vision had made me more grateful for what I still have….im still able to support others and I gotta tell you..being grateful…brings back so much to me in other ways…all this positive thoughts and energy I send out…comes back…
There’s a 102 year old lady here that’s transitioning from this place to her place with her god….each day you see her getting weaker…but sjes so strong of a person..she fighting as long as she dan…she fell a month or so in her room…refused er….had a bruise on right side of rib…nothing broke..but it’s taken a toll on her…and yet she’s a fighter..and an inspiration….she knows everyone’s name..and the gossip in the building..lol…even though she’s in her room more this week….

Happy 😃 happy 😃 Monday…
A windy day at that….nice..65…cloudy and really windy…I kno..I’ve opened the door several times to see if it’s warm enough to sit outside….but…gonna be a windy one….
Today is auction day..where they auction off things that are new..or gift shop items..dust collectors…water..pillows..pictures…comforter sets…all for the activity credits residents have accumulated since the last auction..3 months ago…the administrator here likes to be the auctioneer…..and calls pretty goood….
Fasting for a change….ate breakfast..but no lunch or supper…taco bar for lunch…and I don’t have a clue for supper..since I never go to supper…decided today..I needed to do a fast for a change…shock this body…
Time is waisting..loosing steps…lol…

Yesterday was give my lower half rest from walking as much…I did look back a week in fitbit….42 miles walking…surprising….
Sunrise happening as I journal…but a colder day..and windy….no vitamin d today….
Time to move

One of the activities here coloring….ive heard on podcasts it’s great for the imagination….lol..mine is over active
Walked 5 miles yesterday…almost to easy to do that now…use to be hard to hit 3 miles…
Cooler temps this week…less sun..more clouds…not as much vitamin d…
Vending machine bingo today..not to excited about it…can’t decide if I’m playing or not…usually if I win..I give away the prizes…people ask where my prize is as I return to my chair..I tell them I gave it away…they look puzzled…
Got hair cut yesterday..hate it..hair won’t lay down this morning…and it’s curling..even though it’s not curly…
Need to get ready to start a new day…sippin last of coffee…
