35 this morning….brrrrr
Listened to this yesterday about carnivore eating…. https://www.youtube.com/live/bVj_kYUM0Sk?si=5c6ABam0Xaxps4EN ..with dr Ken berry… that started eating for 30 days on it..
Day 2 for me…I’m looking forward to breakfast…gonna make it my main meal…as lunch here is carb filled…so…just a matter of thinking ahead on meals….
Coffee is gone…no sunrise…cloudy this morning…

Happy 😃 happy 😃 Saturday…
Yesterday s visit to doctor was great…weight was up…no biggie..blood pressure was up..no biggie it always is when I go…we talked about cholesterol….which 4 months ago he was pushing statins..now…he’s changed….for me..he’s no longer worried about my cholesterol..as long as I workout..and he suggested a carnivore way of eating…he said try it for a month…see how it goes…I’m looking forward to it..I hated oatmeal…..but you learn to like it..when eggs and cheese are out limits…
The 5 women left yesterday…I wasn’t downstairs when they left…I look at it as out with the old..in with the new…less negativity from the kitchen now..plus the click has been broken up…and the tables of residents included in that click has also broken up….a good thing..that went to far…
Sun is coming up…41… here at 545am…having breakfast at a church get together this morning…have gone back to church after being away for 60 years…feel out of place..and having low vision…but everyone is making me feel welcomed..my girlfriend bought me a big print Joyce Meyer Bible that she was going to surprise me with..until I told her I had been looking on Amazon…and then she spilled the beans…an emotional time for sure…and I’ve noticed I’m more emotional now then I use to be…

Well today is the day 1 woman quits..and 4 follow out of loyalty…they all have new jobs…but 3 that are quitting have been here 5-6 years and are older…in their 40s…kids are grown…and they all have newer trucks…loyality doesn’t pay the bills…but the facility has it covered…and that’s all thatt matters….we all..learn from our mistakes….
Bid rain storm again last night…lots and lots of lightening…that time of the year for storms here…
Dr checkup at 10…not sure if I’m riding before I go..I want to do a short one..but…
Cooler today..60s..was 90 yesterday…
Well…no sunrise to enjoy today with my coffee….but still l thankfull for all the blessings I have….

Happy 😃 happy 😃 positive Thursday….
In my world everyday is a positive one…always good in everyday….another morning of waking up at 430am…getting more done on less sleep…and feeling recovered…
The plan is to ride after breakfast….get a ride in this week…just a busy week…
5 women ..the whole day shift in the kitchen are quitting tomorrow…get this..the head over the kitchen is leaving,,the other 4..are quitting as well…not really sure why the head of the kitchen quit..but…I’ve had several bosses over my days of working..that would give me the shirt off their back..and yet..I wouldn’t leave a good job for the,….i mean like duh….ive heard from other people that transferred from the kitchen..the woman boss is a bully..among other stuff…plus you got to be in her click..or she don’t talk to you…guess what..I’m not in her click..I won’t miss her..the others..I can only hope the light shines before tomorrow…
New resident moved in yesterday..we are full again…
