I AM A 47 YEAR OLD FEMALE FROM NEW ORLEANS, LA., MARRIED WITH THREE KIDS 17,14, AND 10. I FEEL I HAVE TRIED EVERY DIET THERE IS TO TRY. THIS TIME I AM DOING IT ONE DAY AT A TIME AND RECORDING EVERY THING I PUT IN MY MOUTH, EVEN WHEN I AM OUT. I WEIGH MYSELF EVERY MORNING AROUND THE SAME TIME AND IT WORKS FOR ME. I JUST NEED TO START A EXERCISE PLAN TO HELP ME SHED EVEN MORE. ANY COMMENTS WILL HELP. I JUST CAN'T BELIEVE I HAVE LET MYSELF GAIN THIS MUCH WEIGHT. NOW I AM DETERMINE TO GET IT OFF AND KEEP IT OFF.
