Been a single mom raising two kids for years, taking stable, secure office jobs so I could be home to raise them. However, I sit at a desk all day, and have slowly gained 60 pounds over the last 10 years. Now, the kids are finally 18 and 20, I am job hunting and ready to become a LOSER!

Kettle bells!
Kettle bells are cool! easy to hold on to, as well. As with all exercise, especially weight bearing...GOOD FORM is a must. any weight is too heavy if you cant maintain good form and control of the weight throughout the exercise. This is how to avoid hurting yourself and getting discouraged, and slowing down your exercise/weight loss efforts...argh....Did I say that again...GOOD FORM! If you don't know what it is, read instructions, look at the photos, hire a trainer for a few sessions...
