Exercise. I'm finding it easier to do. I have an stationary recumbant bike and I'm walking. How long does it take until it becomes routine? A habit? I don't mind doing it, but if I stopped, I don't think I would miss it.

I was going to wait two weeks until I saw the dietician to weigh in, but I couldn't. I've lost! Yeah! Do you feel like your body looks the same even though you know you're losing?

Another challenge for me. The Olive Garden. I know I can get the salad without the dressing but those darn bread sticks do me in every time. At this time, I don't know what I'm going to have. It's going to be lunchtime, so the portions should be smaller. Is there anything healthy at the Olive Garden???

I am going to my Dad's house today and I have to face the ultimate challenge...breaded pork chops. I drank a big glass of water and a Slim Fast so I will not be hungry when I get there, but I've been known to binge just because the food is there and I see it. Does anyone else have this problem???
