I am moving along. Will weigh myself tomorrow morning. Tried to this morning and my scale was dead. Went out, bought a new battery and it's working fine. What kind of scales does everyone use? I have a Weight Watchers and it's worked great for me for years.

Had a really bad eating weekend. Friday and Saturday. I fell so far off the wagon, it rolled over on me and left wheel marks on my face... Good news: I'm back on and I am going to keep on trying. I think that's the secret to keeping the weight off, just keep going.

I feel so worn out when I get home from work, I usually force myself to exercise. Once I do, I feel better. It definitely lowers my stress level and I sleep better. So, now the big question, why do I have to force myself when I know it's making me feel better????

Bad eating day yesterday. Felt frazzled from work and did some emotional eating. I fell down and now I have to brush myself off and get up. Bought some flowers for myself today. Nothing expensive, just some pretty carnations to liven up my office. I'm going to do more things like this. Why not? Why wait for hubby to take the hint to buy me flowers. This is a new goal: to be good to myself and start thinking of me.
