I really blew it yesterday. I don't know why, but I ate a lot of food and had no thoughts of eating something healthy. Today I start new again. It's a new day and I have to continue on. I feel bloated and yukky.

I've set goals and what I will treat myself to once I reach them. No food treats, of course! This will give me something to work towards, something to look forward to. Does anyone else just want the weight gone?

Did great on the 4th. I had enough healthy choices to make so I didn't feel deprived. Besides, with everyone else eating some of the same things, I didn't get that "poor me" thought in my head. Now, how do I motivate myself to exercise more??

Today is a holiday and I need to treat it like an ordinary day. Holidays in my family always meant big extreme parties with lots of food. Since my mom died, I noticed that we've scaled back. We're even going to have some healthy foods. Turkey brats, corn on the cob, marinated and grilled zucchini and watermelon. I think I can do it today. Still, I miss my mom and her homemade food..

Ever been too tired to eat? That's how I'm feeling right now. Didn't think it was possible. In the past, I've always had the energy to eat. Had a very long day at work and I just want to relax in my recliner. Did manage to eat something though. I know how important it is to eat meals without skipping.
