Hi. If anyone is reading this, I would like you to know that anything I put on here will always be about me. Not because I am all that, but because I am not and I do not want to hurt any ones feelings.
I am starting to have health issues. I know as I age I will have age related issues. That being said, I am older. My Issues though are weight related. I am at least 75 pounds from where I would like to be. I hope none of you are on this boat with me. I have been carrying this extra weight for about 7 years now and it is getting harder everyday. You would think that would be enough incentive in its self to loss. It is not or I would have done it by now. I can not blame my being fat on anyone. I am the one that keeps putting to pie in my mouth. No one is force feeding me. I can not even blame life because that is a cop out. No one is to blame but me.
Here I am back at it for the 20th time or more. I am feeling very depressed about the whole issue, but I am still a very strong, independent person. I will find a way to make it work this time. I have to do it for my heath. Good Day To You all.
