Now that holidays are over, I need to stop picking after 7:00. I don't have a lot of bad food in the house, but the couple of things that are here keep calling me. I need to remind myself to smarten up and take control. I just bought all new dress cloths for work, I can't gain weight or they won't fit. I need to stay strong and stop cheating!
Is drinking tea with no sugar or milk the same as drinking water?

My resolution for 2011 is to maintain my weight and not gain the 40 lbs. I recently lost. I will continue to weigh my food and record everything in my food journal.

I did it! I reached my goal a day before my birthday.

Diet followed reasonably well

My weigh in is in two days. I tried to be good during the holiday, but I was not perfect. I need to remind myself that this is a lifestyle change and not a quick fix. Losing is the easy part, keeping it off will be harder.
