Doing the Pop Boot Camp challenge. Trying to kick the soda addiction. Monday I had a Dr. Pepper with my dinner. I totally wasn't thinking about it when I made it and then realized it when my husband asked if I wanted a refill. Instead of my usual soda at Sonic in the afternoon I chose a lime slush instead. Not any better for me but it wasn't a soda.

I forget to record it daily in my journal, I'm going to make an effort to do it. Also, I started my diet (again) on Monday. Not doing so good. I just can remember to enter stuff into my diet calendar. I get a little frustrated, too, trying to enter a meal. Example - Monday for dinner I had a steak with steak sauce, mashed potatoes and beans. I don't know how much butter went into the mashed potatoes or how much milk. I how much of the mashed potatoes I had. How do I count calories on that. Maybe I'm just thinking too much into it. Any help with that would be greatly appreciated. Really.
