Why can't I just stick with this? I'm at a point right now that I'm really uncomfortable. I've had heartburn every night for the past week and it's messing with my sleep. I feel bloated and just all around yucky. I want to sleep all the time and I've started putting stuff off to nap for hours. I need a change. I need a better support system. I was loving going to OA but now I have class during that time :(

Hey keep trying! I hear you about the not being able to stick with it, and the needing better support systems. Breakfast looked yummy. I too have probelems with getting enough sleep. Have you tried melitonin to help you fall asleep at night? another thing, that is very hard to do (i fail at this btw) is trying to get to sleep at the same time every night. anyway stay strong let me know if i can help.
