hellooooo!

i am a health-conscious, vegetarian, dancer/runner/yogi and i have been struggling with my weight for a few months. after changing to a vegan lifestyle last spring, food and nutrition became an unhealthy obsession (believe it or not!). i started off last april a few pounds overweight (125 lbs. 5'3) with some stubborn areas on my tummy and thighs. i watched what i was eating closer and closer until i started losing about a pound a week, which is what i was aiming for. then, everything started to go downhill! i was eating less and less, mainly (if not only) vegetables- raw or sometimes steamed. by the end of the summer i weighed 98 lbs and had lost considerable muscle, which i had worked hard to gain, being a dancer. so, i took myself off a vegan diet (mom and doctor's orders) and began to incorporate, slowly, dairy and eggs and eventually fish.
but! since i knew i had to gain weight i took full advantage of eating WHATEVER i wanted... we're talking chocolate, whole packages of trail mix/dried fruit, candy, peanut butter, graham crackers, lots of sweets, just TONS of food ALL the time.
now, i think i am able to control my eating habits once again. i am 135 lbs. and i am aiming at losing 10-20 lbs to get to my ideal weight. i have a personal trainer and i exercise daily.
hopefully in a month or so i will have made considerable progress if not reached my goal!

i'm looking for support! i need all i can get! :)
