Make healthier choices with your food. Increase your fruit, vegetable & wholegrain intake while decreasing high fat and high sugar foods.

Exercise at least 3 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes

Guidelines:
Make sure the exercise is something fun and which gets your heart pumping. Go for a walk with friends instead of going out for dinner. Go dancing instead of the movies. Leave the car at home and walk to the shop to pick up a few groceries. Incorporate exercise into your day.

Pamper yourself! Drink plenty of water and sleep well.

Guidelines:
Drink lots of water to flush out the junk. Sleep 8 hours EVERY night to regenerate (studies show a good night's sleep helps you lose weight faster!). Do something (other than eat) to feel good about yourself - get a massage, facial or just paint your nails :)
