Mid 40's, single, no kids but inactive lately. I have worked at a desk job for over 20 years. I am looking to get more active again. I've been very adventurous and active in the past but let myself get very depressed and sedentary in the last few years. I went through a serious of job lay offs and challenging times but I am ready to make positive changes toward achieving my goals. I love the outdoors and do really well in keeping physically fit if I have a friend to keep me motivated or activities to get involved in. I love this application, it's really convenient and has so many great tools! :)
