• Chest Press 4 x 12
• RDLs DB 4 x 12
• Jump Squats 4 x 6
Finish:
• 30 Burpees Box Over
• 100 KB Swings
• 30 Cals Assault Bike
• 100 Renegade Row

Moving weigh-in from daily to twice weekly. The amount usually stays in the 5lb range (163-168) & happy 😃 with these numbers.
I did notice recently that the amount of protein consumption did effect the muscle mass. I just need to find something other than chicken 🐔 & Turkey 🦃. Getting board with these items.

Again, been busy and creating the Calorie Burn 🔥. Time to find more protein to help maintain the weight or a little more Carbs after the WO.
A little fun 🤩 at the gym:
• 75 Cals Rowing
• 50 Cals Jacobs Ladder
• 50 AB mat sit-ups
• 50 DB pull thru
• 50 DB Swings
• Of Course - 50 Burpees
Finish: 450m Sand Bag carry (80#)
750+ Calories Burned 🔥
