Nice WO to finish 2020....a bit of a Challenge, but the Calorie Burn 🔥 900+, produced some room for NYs Eve....

Good Variety of Exercises & added 400x Jump Rope to finish!!
This involved adding one exercise after each round (1, 1+2, 1+2+3). The last one was all 10 exercises together.

No changes over the last few days, except gained a few ounces in fat & of course, loss muscle. It’s a challenge to keep the balance 🥵🥵😂😂
Back at the Gym for the first time in 4-days & the extra Reps definitely provided the pain......but will the gain follow??? Let’s hope 🥵🥵🔥🔥

Survived the early Holiday Celebration with plenty of food & desserts 🧁. Weight staying in the maintenance level & hoping the next two weeks don’t catch up to me.
Still attending the Gym and competing with the Tribe (recording our MEPs) - making the heart ❤️ pulse stay in the 60%+ level 102 - 170 bpm!!
This morning:
• Negative Squats 5x (50% to max)
• DB SA chest press 12x/each
• FM cable SA kneeling pull down 12x/each
• 4 Rounds
16 minutes:
• KB Goblet Lunges
• Jumping Jacks 30x
• RDL BB + Rows 10x
